"I know it is not much but your excellent customer service has earned your company another job. I called and your receptionist was a delight. She was very courteous and helpful. She set up a date for an appointment and explained the process with professionalism and conveyed a confident and not in the least bit pushy attitude. The OWNER of the company came to my house to give me an evaluation. Not only was it with a half hour time frame, instead of the normal four or six, but he was on time. The OWNER of the company had a minor problem finding the address so the receptionist (not sure what the title is but she is fantastic) called on the phone while he pulled up to make the half hour window. When the OWNER (sorry I still can't get over this) looked at my system he gave me a quick, up front and accurate assessment of my system and presents me with several no pressure options and assures me that the installation will more than likely be headache free. No pressure what-so-ever. Then the owner leaves telling me he will provide an estimate and proposal by that evening.
At approx six o’clock, I get a call to let me know the email has been sent. Talk about customer service. I check a few times and no email. I receive other emails so the system is working. Shoot, I think now I will have to wait until Monday and try to get them to send another email. I figure what the heck. While I am thinking about it, I will send an email and request it be sent again. Very soon after at around 8 p.m. or so on a FRIDAY, I receive an email from the same, I believe receptionist, stating that she received my request and will forward it to the owner. He immediately sends me the proposal again to not one but two addresses to make sure it goes through. All of this late on a Friday. NOW THIS IS CUSTOMER SERVICE.
In my job we are always trying to help each other with quality construction services and like I said if the installation goes anywhere near as well as your customer service I will be screaming all comfort from the roof tops. I cannot tell you so far how great this is with the horrible customer service I have had to endure."

"Hottest day of the year!! Naturally, my Carrier AC/Heat Pump DIED !!! Found Aire Serv on-line with a claim to have rapid response and work on ANY system. Gave them a call and left a message. Instant call back from Earl to schedule an appointment within an hour. Michael knocked on my door in less than an hour...looking highly professional, neatly dressed in a company uniform and wearing red booties to protect my home. He asked me a few questions...told me what he thought the problem might be (a capacitor?)...and set about searching the system. He was right, of course...gave me an estimate, and replaced the capacitor thing quickly and easily. The system worked again...COOL...REALLY!!! EXCELLENT SERVICE, no high pressure sales, but respectful and answered every question thoroughly. I'll sign up for their SERVICE CONTRACT based on this call...and recommend them to anyone I know without hesitation!"
